Single Patient Digital Records - WSLHD
Training Video
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD), working with the NSW Ministry of Health’s PARVAN program, engaged Punchy to support the rollout of Single Patient Digital Records across its facilities. The change affects how clinicians, staff and managers access and update patient information, and the brief required a clear, reassuring explanation to drive adoption and reduce resistance to the new system. Punchy delivered a series of character animations that walked staff through the rationale for the change, the practical workflow impacts and the benefits for patient care. The videos were used in internal communications, change management rollouts and training sessions across the district to support consistent uptake. Services included scripting, character animation, motion graphics and voiceover.
