AccessCare - In-Home Care Services

AccessCare is a high quality aged care and disability support provider managed by the City of Kingston. The organisation engaged Punchy Studio to create an animated video to address the communication challenge of explaining how older Australians can remain living independently at home as their health needs change. The brief was to simplify the process of accessing government funded support, including registering with My Aged Care and undergoing a free home assessment. We produced a warm and reassuring animated explainer video that uses relatable characters to illustrate the variety of services available, such as help with housework, personal care, and meal delivery. Our approach focused on demystifying the aged care journey, clearly distinguishing between the Commonwealth Home Support Programme for entry level care and Home Care Packages for more complex needs. The video is deployed on the AccessCare website and through community outreach channels to provide a clear starting point for families and individuals seeking support. By combining professional scripting, custom animation, and a friendly voiceover, we effectively positioned AccessCare as a supportive partner in maintaining independence at home. Soft motion graphics reinforce the call to action, directing viewers to contact the AccessCare team for guidance through the registration process.
