Together We Save More - HealthShare VIC

HealthShare Victoria (HSV) is a public sector agency responsible for safeguarding and improving the public health supply chain in Victoria. The organisation engaged Punchy Studio to create an animated video to address the communication challenge of explaining how its procurement and logistics expertise reduces financial risk for hospitals. The brief was to demonstrate how HSV increases value for health services, allowing medical staff to focus on their primary goal of patient care. We produced a professional animated explainer video that details the agency’s expansion from simple procurement into a full public health supply chain operation. Our approach focused on the themes of sustainability and advocacy, highlighting how HSV helps hospitals comply with government guidance while securing quality products at the right price. The video is deployed on the HealthShare Victoria website and used in stakeholder presentations to showcase how the agency adapts to the constantly changing health sector. By combining professional scripting, custom animation, and an informative voiceover, we effectively messaged the importance of logistics in maintaining community safety. Precise motion graphics reinforce the call to action, emphasising the core message that through collaboration, the sector can save more.
