Best Practice Quality Service - VMIAC

VMIAC is the Victorian peak body representing people with lived experience of mental health issues and emotional distress. As part of their work supporting the mental health sector, VMIAC needed a video to communicate what best practice quality service looks like from a consumer perspective, helping services and their staff understand the standards they should be working towards. The challenge was to translate principles that can feel abstract into something concrete, respectful, and practical. We produced an animated piece that grounded the concepts in clear examples, using a warm illustrative style and considered pacing to suit a sensitive subject. The video was used in sector training and engagement settings, supporting VMIAC’s broader workforce development work. Services included scripting, design, animation, and voiceover.
