The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (VEOHRC) is the Victorian statutory body promoting human rights and equal opportunity across the state. Following earlier collaboration with Punchy Digital Media on its Pay Equality work, VEOHRC’s Principal Adviser for Pay Equality returned to commission animations and graphics for the next phase of the program, supporting the launch of a new Pay Equality Toolkit aimed at Victorian employers. Punchy produced a promotional animation introducing the toolkit, its purpose in helping organisations identify and address pay disparities, and how employers can begin using its resources. The video uses VEOHRC’s brand system and animation style, with clear, accessible visuals to convey what can be a technical workplace-relations topic. The piece formed part of a broader graphics and animation package supporting the toolkit’s release. Services included scripting collaboration, custom illustration, animation, motion graphics, voiceover production, and the production of supporting static graphics for distribution alongside the video.
