Pay Equality Toolkit - VEOHRC

The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (VEOHRC) develops resources to help Victorian workplaces understand and meet their obligations under the state’s equal opportunity laws. For the Pay Equality Toolkit, the Commission needed a video asset that would introduce employers and HR practitioners to the toolkit’s purpose and walk them through how to use it. Punchy produced an animated explainer that pairs clean motion graphics with a clear, professional voiceover. The approach prioritises plain-English communication, breaking pay equality concepts down into digestible segments suitable for time-poor workplace audiences while staying aligned with VEOHRC’s measured public-sector tone. The video sits within the Commission’s broader Pay Equality Toolkit resource, supporting employers across Victoria to embed pay equity practices. Punchy delivered scripting, storyboarding, design, animation, voiceover and motion graphics, working within VEOHRC’s established brand system.
