Home Care Services - HammondCare

HammondCare is an independent Christian charity that provides specialised health and aged care services, particularly for people living with dementia. The organisation engaged Punchy Studio to create an animated video to address the communication challenge of helping older Australians understand how to access personalised support to remain living independently. The brief was to explain HammondCare’s relationship-based model of care and clarify the steps required to secure home care funding. We produced a reassuring animated explainer video that emphasises kindness and clinical expertise, highlighting that care teams are supported by dementia specialists. Our approach focused on providing a clear roadmap for families, starting with government eligibility checks through My Aged Care and moving to the creation of a tailored care plan. The video is deployed on the HammondCare website and used by local support teams to guide clients through their funding options, whether they are using government subsidies or private funding. By combining professional scripting, custom animation, and a warm voiceover, we effectively positioned HammondCare as a compassionate partner in the aging journey. Gentle motion graphics reinforce the call to action, encouraging viewers to contact the support team or visit the website for personalised consultations.
