Becoming a Pharmacist - Australian Pharmacy Council

The Australian Pharmacy Council (APC) is the accreditation and assessment body for the pharmacy profession in Australia. They came to Punchy to help demystify one of the more stressful moments in the path to registration: receiving exam results. International and domestic candidates often feel under-informed about what their results mean, what comes next, and what their options are if they are unsuccessful. The brief was to produce a clear, calm explainer that reduced confusion and reduced inbound queries to the APC team. Punchy produced an animated explainer that stepped candidates through the resulting process, including timelines, what each result outcome means, and the pathways available from there. The animation used APC’s brand system, with a friendly character-led approach and a measured voiceover to keep the tone supportive rather than bureaucratic. Services included scripting, storyboarding, illustration, animation, voiceover and audio mix. The video was deployed on the APC candidate portal and in pre-exam communications.
