Rehabilitation - MAIC

This companion piece for the Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC) focused on the rehabilitation side of the Queensland CTP scheme. Injured Queenslanders accessing CTP benefits often need to understand how rehabilitation supports their recovery, what’s covered, and how the process works alongside their treatment. The brief was to demystify rehabilitation for claimants and reduce barriers to engaging with available support. Punchy produced an animated explainer that aligned with the CTP Scheme Overview video, maintaining visual consistency across MAIC’s explainer series. The video walked through what rehabilitation means in a CTP context, the types of support available, how it’s accessed, and what claimants can expect at each stage. A clean illustration style paired with a measured voiceover kept the tone calm and reassuring. Services included scripting, storyboarding, illustration, animation, voiceover and audio mix. The video was deployed across MAIC’s website and claimant-facing communications.
