Warringah Freeway Upgrade Procurement Portal - NSW Transport

Transport for NSW delivers one of Australia’s largest infrastructure programs, and the Warringah Freeway Upgrade is a major piece of that work. The team needed a clear, accessible way to walk suppliers and contractors through the procurement portal and the steps required to engage with the project. We produced a short animated explainer that broke the procurement process into simple, sequential stages, using clean motion graphics and an approachable voiceover to keep technical content easy to follow. The video was deployed across Transport for NSW’s procurement communications, helping reduce friction for prospective suppliers and providing a consistent reference point for stakeholders. The project drew on scripting, storyboarding, custom illustration, animation, and voiceover production.
