Theory of Change - Give Where You Live Foundation

Give Where You Live Foundation is a community foundation based in Geelong, supporting disadvantaged communities across the G21 region through grants, partnerships and place-based initiatives. They came to Punchy needing to communicate their Theory of Change, the strategic framework that maps how their work creates measurable community impact over time. The brief was to translate an internal strategic document into a clear, public-facing video that donors, partners and grant recipients could understand at a glance. Punchy produced an animated explainer that worked through the Foundation’s inputs, activities, outputs and intended long-term outcomes, using clean motion graphics to make the cause-and-effect logic of the framework visible. The animation style was warm and human, balancing the strategic content with a sense of the people and communities the Foundation supports. A measured voiceover carried the narrative. Services included scripting, storyboarding, illustration, motion graphics, animation, voiceover and audio mix. The final video was deployed across the Foundation’s website, donor communications and grant partner briefings.
