FSO 2024 Workforce Plan: Business - Future Skill Organisation

The Future Skills Organisation (FSO) is one of the Australian Government’s Jobs and Skills Councils, responsible for the finance, technology and business workforces. Each year, FSO publishes a Workforce Plan that maps skill needs, training priorities and reform directions across its industries. They approached Punchy to help communicate the Business stream of the 2024 Workforce Plan to industry, training providers and government stakeholders, translating a long-form report into an accessible video summary. Punchy produced an animated overview that distilled the plan’s key findings, priority skills, and recommended actions for the business workforce. The animation used clean, professional motion graphics and data visualisation to make the report’s evidence base land quickly, paired with a measured voiceover that mirrored the report’s authoritative tone. Services included scripting, storyboarding, illustration, motion graphics, animation, voiceover and audio mix. The video was deployed alongside the published plan to support industry engagement, stakeholder briefings and FSO’s broader communications.
