FSO 2024 Workforce Plan: Technology - Future Skill Organisation

The Future Skills Organisation (FSO) is a Jobs and Skills Council funded by the Australian Government, dedicated to evolving finance, technology, and business sectors. FSO approached Punchy Studio to create a high impact video introducing their 2024 Workforce Plan for the technology industry. The brief was to highlight the rapid growth within Australia’s tech sub-sectors and communicate an agenda for action to future proof the workforce against the rising tide of digitalisation, automation, and artificial intelligence. We produced a dynamic animated promotional video that utilizes bold motion graphics and a data driven narrative to showcase the industry’s significant GDP contribution. The approach focused on a clean, modern aesthetic that reflects the innovative nature of the tech sector while ensuring the message remains accessible to a diverse range of stakeholders. By combining professional voiceover with fast paced visual transitions, the video effectively encourages organisations and individuals to engage with the workforce plan via digital platforms. This asset serves as a key communication tool for the FSO to drive participation in the 2025 Workforce Plan and support the ongoing transformation of the Australian economy.
