Workplace Respect Project - Circle Green
Animated Explainer Video
This piece for Circle Green Community Legal was the lead asset in their broader Workplace Respect Project, which the Bystander video sits within. Circle Green is a Western Australian community legal centre supporting workers experiencing workplace issues, family violence and tenancy disputes. The brief was to introduce the Workplace Respect Project as a whole, framing the legal context, the behavioural standards expected in Australian workplaces, and the support available when those standards aren’t met. Punchy produced an animated training video that established the foundation for the broader series, covering definitions of workplace sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying, the legal duties on employers (including positive duty under federal law), and the rights of workers. The animation used Circle Green’s brand system with a measured, character-led approach that kept sensitive content accessible without minimising it. Services included scripting, storyboarding, illustration, animation, voiceover and audio mix. The video forms part of Circle Green’s workplace respect training resources for employers and workers across WA.
