They approached Punchy Studio to create a practical live action resource to help their customers manage their accounts more effectively. The brief focused on the need for a clear, step by step guide on how to pay water bills, specifically highlighting the various digital and traditional payment options available to ensure a seamless customer experience. We produced a professional live action corporate video that simplifies the billing process through a relatable, customer centric approach. The production features a series of high quality sequences that guide the viewer through using the online portal, setting up direct debits, and utilizing mobile payment apps. By opting for live action over animation, we were able to provide a grounded and trustworthy feel that accurately reflects South East Water’s commitment to community support and accessibility. This asset serves as a key informational tool on the utility’s website and customer support channels, helping to reduce common billing enquiries and empower residents to stay on top of their essential services. The project involved careful scripting, on location filming, and professional editing to ensure the technical information was delivered in a warm and accessible manner.
