NSW ADC: International Day of People with Disability Interviews
Corporate Video
The NSW Ageing and Disability Commission (ADC) is a dedicated state government body tasked with promoting the rights of people with disability and seniors while protecting them from abuse and neglect. The ADC approached Punchy Studio to create an inspiring video for International Day of People with Disability to address the communication challenge of moving beyond basic awareness to a genuine celebration of achievement and contribution. The brief was to highlight the importance of inclusive workplaces and to show how people with disability aspire to live the same ordinary and happy lives as the rest of the community. We produced a vibrant live action corporate video that features a series of personal interviews and community interactions to humanise the advocacy message. Our approach focused on authenticity and empowerment, using direct storytelling to showcase the diverse interests and abilities of the participants. The video is deployed across NSW Government digital platforms and social media to foster a culture of workplace support and community inclusion. By integrating professional scripting, high quality live action production, and a polished voiceover, we ensured the message of mutual value was clear and impactful. Subtle motion graphics reinforce the ADC branding and provide a clear call to action for viewers to visit their website for further information.
