International Day of People with Disabilities - NSW ADC

Corporate Video

The NSW Ageing and Disability Commission (ADC) is a state government body dedicated to protecting adults with disability and older people from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. For International Day of People with Disability, the ADC approached Punchy Studio to produce a video that defines what true inclusion looks like from the perspective of people with lived experience. The brief was to move beyond mere awareness and provide a platform for individuals to advocate for equal participation in work and community life while addressing the communication challenge of how the public can better support and listen to people with disability. We produced a powerful live action corporate video featuring a series of personal interviews and community interactions that highlight the capability and agency of the participants. Our approach focused on authenticity, using direct to camera addresses to create an intimate and empowering narrative that encourages collaboration in decision making. The video is deployed across NSW Government digital channels and social media to foster a more accessible and sustainable community for everyone. By providing professional scripting support and polished voiceover elements, we ensured the core message of equality remained central. Subtle motion graphics were integrated to reinforce the ADC branding and provide clear calls to action for inclusive workplace practices.
