The Future Skills Organisation (FSO) is the Jobs and Skills Council responsible for the finance, technology and business workforces in Australia. This video formed the Finance stream of FSO’s 2024 Workforce Plan summary, sitting alongside the Business stream piece as part of a coordinated communications rollout. The brief was to distil the Finance plan’s findings, including skills shortages, emerging roles and reform priorities, into a clear video summary for industry, training providers and government stakeholders. Punchy produced an animated overview that mirrored the visual system established in the Business stream video, maintaining series consistency while focusing on finance-specific content. The animation used clean motion graphics, data visualisation and a measured voiceover to communicate the report’s evidence base efficiently. Services included scripting, storyboarding, illustration, motion graphics, animation, voiceover and audio mix. The video was deployed alongside the published plan to support industry engagement, stakeholder briefings and FSO’s broader communications.
